| More about me |
Its hard to be a female director - I love films where you see more than one race - I believe in being brutally honest and being able to say to your crew or talent or yourself, 'that was just crap'...Then people will know you are sincere when you give praise - I wish my imagined stature in Asia would automatically translate to something in the UK:( - I might not yet have a big commission in the UK or USA but I think I'd die happy having directed a doc with 5 Sukhoi jets, 52 horses, 70 paratroopers, 2 Arri and 1 Red (on the same shoot), being called 'totally loony', and having a troupe of all-male crew waiting to be directed. Yeeehaaa! |
