Ravi Srinivas is a freelance camera operator living in Brooklyn, NY. He is completing an MA in Media and Film Studies at the New School, while traveling the East Coast documenting the American jazz scene. In 2011, he completed two internship programs, one with Gotham Sound and Communication, a New York based provider of audio gear for film and television, and the second internship with Atlantic Television, a New York based company providing high quality production services, crews, and equipment across the country. For the past 4 years, he has been freelancing for TIMES NOW's US correspondents, in covering everything from 2008 Election campaigns to the latest in cultural events around the country. TIMES NOW is a leading 24-hour English News channel, available across all platforms in India, Analog & Digital Cable and can be viewed outside of India on www.watchindia.tv with a Broadband connection. In addition to freelancing for TIMES NOW, he has also contributed footage to Reuters, France24, NDTV, and Feature Story News.
