Directorspective

Ever donned a Polish accent to sound like Polanski? Or drawn a pencil-thin moustache and played John Waters?

To celebrate the launch of The Directorspective: Ingmar Bergman season at the Barbican, we want you to pay homage to the director you think most deserves to have their work shown as part of this series.

To nominate your director, you must upload an image indicating your choice: you can dress as them, tattoo their name on your neck or paint a watercolour portrait.

The top three most innovative photo uploads, as selected by the Barbican, will win a pair of tickets to a film screening of their choice (subject to availability). Who knows, they may even programme that Fassbinder season you've been pining for.

Message: Looks like Barbican have already screened a Herzog season but hopefully this may encourage them to do it all over again!

Message: I might have suggested Wojciech Has, but as that's already happening, how about Robert Bresson? He's one of the all time greats, and screenings of his work on the big screen are always a cause for celebration.
