Shooting people

Shooting People works with a lot
of film competitions, and Mofilm
is one of our favourites.

Mofilm collects some of the world's
prestigious brands and challenges
filmmakers to make ads for them,
offering serious prizes.

The Competition

We like MOFILM

We think MOFILM has one of the best upload competition propositions going. Shooting People members have done VERY well out of MOFILM so far.
See below for some happy stories.

What's the Brief?

When you go to MOFILM, they ask you to register and then you can download any brief for any of the brands.

Is there a benefit to entering the competition via Shooting People?

Yes indeed.

We've got a lovely new Canon 5D Mark II that will go to a filmmaker who enters the competition through Shooting People.

All you need to do is leave us your email below and we will forward you onto MOFILM. Once at MOFILM, select a brand and register with them to read the briefs. Then go make your 90 second ad.

Simple. If you aren't a member of Shooting People - you can also get a free three month trial to help you make your entry to the competition.

Shooters at MOFILM Barcelona

For MOFILM's Barcelona competition back in February, eight of the medalists were Shooters, with Morgan Christie and Henry Scholfield picking up first prize for their ads. Henry went on to win the Grand Prize and is off to make an ad with 'Avatar' producer Jon Landau.

Shooters at MOFILM Tribeca

Hot on the heels of Barcelona, MOFILM ran their competition in association with Tribeca Film Festival. Seven Shooters picked up prizes, including James Hillier who was crowned No.1 by Nokia and flew out to New York for the festival, as well as taking home some well deserved dollar.

What's the Opportunity?

Prizes include all expenses paid trips to the Rome International Film Festival, a car, digital cameras and thousands of dollars of cash.

Why should I enter?
