About this film

PASSWORD: babycowanimation Marvin is a short animation about a little boy born with a sizable hole in the middle of his forehead. Told in rhyming narration, provided by comedy legend Steve Coogan, it chronicles the adventure Marvin embarks upon when something important falls out of his unusual extra orifice. As writer and director it is my second short film and the first of my work to gain any real festival exposure having screened at over 20 international film and animation festivals including Palm Springs, Comic-Con, Stuttgart Animation festival, Annecy Plus, Traverse City and the Worldwide Short Film Festival (apparently the largest short film festival in the world) where it was voted in second place in the audience award. It is also due to screen in competition in the highly prestigious Ottawa animation festival and has been selected by world famous animation champions Spike and Mike to feature in both of their touring programs 'Sick and Twisted' and 'New Generations'.
