He has no home He has no master He has no friends What happens to an East German secret police dog when communism falls. Stasi Dog is a tragic/humorous tale of what happens to Brandi, a dog of the East German Secret Police, when communism falls. Brandi becomes a stray dog on the streets of Berlin, finding that none of the other stray dogs in the city will have anything to do with him because of his past - their masters having been killed or imprisoned by the Stasi. Stasi Dog is a heart-warming story of an outcast redeeming himself.
