About this film

This is a taster of my new Documentary currently in development.In a small studio in central London Fred teaches an early style of street dance called 'Locking'. This is a dance that he learnt from Greg Campbellock Jr, a vibrant character in his late 50s who grew up in Compton, LA and was a key member of the dances founding group The Lockers. Together they teach classes to all standards and abilities and despite being from completely different backgrounds and generations the two have formed an alliance travelling the world together teaching the style in its original form.
