Looks brilliant. I love the cinematography, the music and the boys voice over is very good. He is a good talker! It has something poetic about it. I much preferred the second scene with the boy, than the one with old man. I dont know why, I think its just shot better, and seems more interesting. All though the old guy is quite charasmatic! Good luck with distrubuting the film.

About this film

Strange Things (Bagay Dwol) is my first feature documentary that I've directed. I've been working on it for 3 years and currently, in the last week of post production. This film tells the inspiring stories of survival of two young street boys living in the city of Cap-Haitien, Haiti. This cinematic exploration captures Haiti's struggle and strength and its abandoned youth problem. Shot on super 16 and video. This 6 minute clip is selected scenes from the film for the Herzog Competition.
