Larry Charles, writer on some of TV's greatest comedies. He's responsible for a lot of laughter, and this is your chance to have him critique your work.
This is the grown up version of the "movie" we all made as 11-year-olds with dad's Super 8. The actor is brilliant, but I'm hung as to whether this is fresh or trite.
Hello. Thanks very much for all the great feedback. The film is shot on a Canon 7D using mostly the 50mm L series prime and the 35mm L prime occasionally with the Redrock mount and follow focus. Brett is, indeed, amazing. He's a fantastic actor and working with him is always fun. It helps that we've known each other for 15 years.
I actually quite like that some of you were left wanting more - I think that's a positive sign for a short. Who knows, there may be more in store for Bob..?
Nice work. Especially like that you underplayed it and tried to reflect the humanity behind SuperBob, as strange as that sentence sounds! I also really enjoyed Brett's performance.
