  I'm enjoying watching straight 8s that I haven't seen before or since a screening. Straight 8 brings out the best in most creative-loving honest filmmakers.

  Ben, you're right, Straight8 and Shooting People are great, so great that they deserved something better than this farce.

  le tigre, how can you condemn newcomers with no videos or posts when your account indicates you are one of them? It's disappointing if you feel that the introduction of new members to this website is in any way Machiavellian; Straight 8 has a popular following and Shooting People has simply used January to help promote its services to those who were previously unaware.
  
  Anyway, I hope you enjoy the Super 8 films from this month. I am, as ever, inspired and enthralled by the incredible Straight 8 collection.

  Yes we are all straight 8 film makers who work very hard and enjoy each others work. I'm sorry that you don't think it's fair to appreciate and support the work that you enjoy maybe you should work with a bigger team in the future or join the straight 8 family. Loving the work as always guys, looking forward to the next project.
