An Update and A Thank You to the SP Community (From A Grateful Colourist)

Hi SP Community,

My name is Lee, this is a quick follow up to a post I made roughly 7 months ago, asking if anyone had any ongoing work, which may require a colourist (this one: goo.gl/ZW4Cpm)

Since that post, I’ve been able to work with filmmakers up and down the country, who got in contact with projects they were working on (many of whom are probably having Déjà vu reading this).

I’ve been able to colour grade features, shorts, commercials and documentaries. Plus, I’ve had the opportunity to attend screenings all over the UK, including the BFI and BAFTA cinemas and met tones of talented people!

So, this is a post to say THANK YOU to this awesome community for kick starting a career.

AND, since I've been able to work on so many different things, I've finally launched my official Colourist Website + Updated Showreel and would like to invite anyone who may be looking for a colourist now or in the future to check it out!

Hi Lee,

That's really really great to hear - thanks a lot for sharing the news. The whole point of SP is to help facilitate these kinds of creative partnerships so very cool to hear about when they happen. Hopefully we'll get to see some of your work on SP. It'd be great to see some of the shorts submitted to SHORT CUTS.
