Awards: BAFTA Breakthrough Brits 2016

The BAFTA, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, has, once again, created a professional network and masterclass programme designed to connect emerging talent to BAFTA-winners and nominees. This year they have selected 18 talented newcomers across film, television, and games. These “Breakthrough Brits” are selected by an international jury which, this year, included actors Joe Dempsie and Rosamund Pike, director Sarah Gavron and game designer Mike Bithell.

Congrats to our members Michael Berliner (Producer), Vinay Patel (Writer), Tom Davis (Actor/Writer), Rebecca Lloyd (Editor), and Nainita Desai (Composer) for being part of this year’s Breakthrough Brits!
