About Me:

Where I work: I run my own company or organisation

My Work and Credits:

The Paper Caper (2002)

About: Look I was young (well younger) inexperienced, and I was led astray by a crew who told me making people watch 14 minutes of comedy drama in a toilet cubicle would be entertaining! Oh what's the use, it was all my doing - I'm responsible just me nobody else - watch it if you dare!

Photos:

Fun stuff:

Films I wish I had made:

One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest; The Lives of Others; Jaws; Pans Labyrinth; Angels with dirty faces;

I cried watching:

Ice Age - don't ask!

I left the cinema during:

I have never left the cinema voluntary, but I was thrown out of watching Star Wars in the seventies. Does that count?

Directors I love:

Sidney Lumet; early Ken Loach before he became miserable

Actors I admire:

All actors who put their success on a par with the success of the whole project.

Writers I Respect:

Richard Curtis - don't like his films, but you've got to admire a man who consistently hits his audience. And who can forget that immortal line: 'C'mon Dad, let's both go and get the shit kicked out of us by love!' Brilliant.

My desert island discs:

Those thick vinyl 78s that I could bind together with palm trunks and make a cunning escape to civilisation.

Books I have given my friends:

Can't think of a book but last week I spotted an article about moving out of your parents house and setting up on your own - I gave it to my son.

My death row meal:

Got to be a Ruby!

The best thing I own:

My car - too modest to tell.
