Fun stuff:

Films I wish I had made:

Blade Runner

I cried watching:

Home Alone...seriously...the old man...

I left the cinema during:

Never. But I would have had I seen Die Hard 5 there.

Directors I love:

Bergman, Kurosawa, Tarkovsky, Lumet, Copolla, Spielberg, Scorsese, QT, Ridley Scott, Friedkin, Hitchcock, Leone...too many.

Actors I admire:

The usuals (De Niro etc) but my favourite actor, the most interesting and unique for me is Rutger Hauer. He's done things you people wouldn't believe.
You want an underrated actor? Eric Roberts. An actor capable of a Rourke-esque Wrestler style resurrection. Watch Star 80. Amazing performance.

Most reliable? John Goodman. Never anything less than stellar.

Writers I Respect:

Bruce Robinson, Robert Towne, Mamet, Lynch. Early Tarantino. Copolla (FF and Sofia). Jonathan Glazer. Kurosawa. So many.

My desert island discs:

Purple Rain, Zep 4, Back In Black, Somewhere In Time, Thriller.

The best thing I own:

My daughter. Although I think she owns me really.
