Analogue is a dark view of a near-future Britain, seen from the claustrophobic confines of an NHS call centre as a virus ravages the country.
This was our 2013 entry to the '48 Hour SciFi Film Challenge' – write, shoot and finish a 5 minute film over one weekend. The film had to have a mandatory title, prop, and line of dialogue and of course be science fiction.
Tom and I were both keen to do something that wasn't just frivolous aliens, time travel and so on, but something with social commentary and satire, and as the idea developed it got deliciously dark. Pulling together a tight team of talent we managed to make something we're both proud of.
