About this film

A cafe owner bemoans the changing landscape of the city around him - but does he accept the changes or fight against them

OFFICIAL SELECTION - ST ALBANS FILM FESTIVAL 2014

Part of a series of films, written by Daniel Gentely on the subject of race, religion and immigration. This was the third film we worked on together, and the second of two monologues. Mixing poetry with a soundscape created from a recording at a BNP rally the film attempts to explore the journey through one mans fear of change.

There's a few things I'd change particularly with the ending of this piece - but I'd be interested to hear your comments.

You can see another of the monologues here: ID: https://shootingpeople.org/watch/129318/id

And a 12 minute drama Another Secret here: https://shootingpeople.org/watch/106278/another-secret
