Alice is undertaking the longest run of her life, the 106km round Isle of Wight Challenge, in aid of Mind the mental health charity. She’s running in memory of her cousin Nana, who died tragically in a fire last year after suffering from schizophrenia for years.
The film addresses the themes of what motivates people to run, how different people cope with life's problems, and how running helps maintain a healthy mind as well as body.
