A remote chapel is found in the desolate countryside, yet the candles inside still burn and an open Bible awaits the visitor.

This short film was created using natural lighting, employing the same idea behind the photography as 'The Revenant' (2015). The challenge was as always to light the scene accordingly, though as you can't rely on any additional electric lighting, instead you observe the lighting of the scene and rely more on composition to maintain the natural state of the scene. This leads to discovering the magic of natural lighting and composition combined. It is certainly a interesting way to shoot and I would like to use it more in the future as a way to approach location filming.
