This film is one of four short documentaries in the Héroes Anónimos series, made for the online platform of Barcelona-based cultural magazine BCN Més.
Carmen has been dancing Tango since her childhood in Mexico. Carmen, though, has never accepted the idea that only men can lead. Meet this pioneer of 'Queer Tango' as she introduces audiences around the world to more fluid roles in dancing, encouraging men to follow, women to lead, no rules on who can dance with who, and absolutely no restrictions on the discoveries to be made.
