About the film:

Take My Heart was written by first time writer Aaron Noel and concerned the lives of young teenagers in Hackney, north London. Much of the script took the form of spoken word which was set to sequences shot entirely on location. The narrative follows two friends as they are drawn into a dangerous world of guns and retribution.
