Applications are now open for Producers LINK - a programme for emerging producers of young audience content. The initiative is supported by Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, Young Horizons Industry and Cinekids for Professionals.
Producers LINK is looking for diverse, forward-thinking creative producers that want to dive into children’s media culture, get to know like-minded producers and learn how their ideas can deliver something to today’s generation of viewers. The programme focuses on networking and personal development over project development.
Successful applicants will attend Young Horizons Industry, an international co-production forum taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2025 in Warsaw, and Cinekid for Professionals, the professional programme of Cinekid Festival, taking place from 21 to 24 October 2025 in Amsterdam.

Climate Spring is inviting applications for their 2025 Documentary Pitch, offering £10k in development funding and narrative support for one standout project. Four shortlisted producers, directors or production companies will pitch live at Sheffield DocFest, with travel and passes covered. They’re after commercially viable, TV/streamer-focused doc ideas that explore climate justice or change – anything from box sets to noisy singles, but not feature docs.

FLAMIN Animations is now open for applications, offering early-career Black and global majority artists in England the chance to create a new animated short. Organised by Film London Artists' Moving Image Network (FLAMIN) and in partnership with Blinkink, the programme provides £3,500 in funding, mentorship from animation directors, and masterclasses with industry professionals.
Artists can apply with a 3-minute animation idea in any style or form, aimed at an adult audience. Previous FLAMIN Animations have screened at major festivals and galleries. Applicants must be based in England, not currently studying, and able to attend bi-monthly masterclasses in London (with travel covered for those outside the city)
