Generation Revolution is a feature-length documentary about the new generation of activists of colour, striving to change the political and social landscape in this country. Ahead of the film’s UK screening run, the filmmakers behind the projector introduce us to the conditions that led to the film’s creation, why they made the film and what they hope it may achieve.

The BAFTA, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, has, once again, created a professional network and masterclass programme designed to connect emerging talent to BAFTA-winners and nominees. This year they have selected 18 talented newcomers across film, television, and games. These “Breakthrough Brits” are selected by an international jury which, this year, included actors Joe Dempsie and Rosamund Pike, director Sarah Gavron and game designer Mike Bithell.
