More about me

I came to acting later in life [in my late forties], after filling my time with a variety of occupations including, computer programmer, electrician & plumber, fairground worker and charity worker. Along the way, I was a professional musician, playing on releases for WEA. I trained part-time for two years at Mountview, saved to go to Drama School and eventually left my job as Director of a small national charity to take a place on a full-time postgraduate training in 1999. In between acting jobs, I currently run my own building services company.

Before training, I had a long and varied career, working on fairgrounds, driving minicabs, as a plumber/electrician, a professional musician and even Director of a Charity. I bring enthusiasm, broad life experience and character to any role.
