More about me

Edited my first feature in 1986. Before that, worked as an assistant editor, and before that, I held many positions on the set; mostly in the camera department, and mostly on commercials. The majority of my career is as a "film surgeon" working uncredited re-editing and directing additional scenes to make bad films a little less bad. I wrote the book "Killer Camera Rigs That You Can Build." Lecture on directing, most notable: "Finding The Right Shot" seminar that teaches directors camera placement for emotional impact.
