I'm a published author/optioned screenwriter and creative writing tutor who has moved over 47 times in this country and aboard. [Beethoven moved 60, but only in Vienna so I think I've beaten him]

About:
In 2004, I was selected by the BBC Writer's Room after submitting an orginal screenplay to them which they loved. Great,I naively thought - they'll produce my screenplay! But no, they asked me to write a 30 minute drama for the Doctors series. I don't watch soaps so had to watch it before making a decision. After much soul-searching I decided to go for it. The young man in 'Crescendo' is a young Eddie Redmayne. It was his first TV appearance. However, I prefer writing original material.

As an author, I'd recommend books to friends and ask them to buy them. Authors need to eat!
