A State of Heart (2012)
About:
A State of Heart was written by myself and Paul Stoddard and is the story of Mac, ex special forces guy who was court marshalled for his involvement in the location of some stolen european money during a conflict, which gets one of the members of his team killed. We go forward 5 years and a serial killer is on the loose in Stockport and attacks a friend of Macs, called Marie.
Marie survives and Mac along with an old army mate who is the local detective decide to join forces and hunt down the killer. Now justice will be served.
This is the first film that i have filmed, directed and edited.The film is now completed.The budget approximately £100.00. We filmed in standard definition on Mini DV using a single camera with mulitple takes for the various angles and the edited in an old version of adobe premiere 6.5 and then recently colour graded in after effects cs6 to give the footage a film look.
