First Break - Period Drama - Open Doors Event
HBO is filming a period drama series in North Wales and offering a fantastic opportunity to gain paid work experience through their First Break programme. If you're aged 18+, not in full-time education, and live in Gwynedd, Conwy, or Ynys Môn, this event is for you. First Break is aimed at those who are new to TV production and want to learn more about the industry. You'll receive career advice, a training session, and the chance to apply for a paid crew placement on a period drama. The open doors event will take place online via Zoom on April 9th, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm, where you'll meet members of the production crew and learn about different departments involved in making a TV drama.
