The Big Short Film Festival is kicking off its first ever event with The Bite Size Film Festival, an evening of spine-tingling short films screening at the Close-Up Cinema in Shoreditch on October 30th.
Championing independent and low-to-no budget filmmakers, the festival provides a fantastic opportunity to network with industry professionals and to showcase your work on the big screen, perhaps for the first time ever!
As it will be spooky season, we are inviting filmmakers with previously unseen horror, thriller or sci-fi shorts to submit their short films for inclusion. Following the deadline on September 1st, we will invite selected filmmakers to attend the event at the Close-Up Cinema on October 30th. Doors will open from 6pm. Following the screening, there will be an opportunity to network with fellow filmmakers, where new collaborations and friendships will inevitably begin. Selected films will receive an official BSFF laurel, and all filmmakers will receive feedback on their entry.
