Bethsy Gray, now 70, is a Jeweller from Denmark who moved to Glasgow in the early 1970s. Now based within the starry starry night vintage clothing shop, just off Byres Road in Dowanside Lane, she makes the most beautiful handmade silver jewellery.

I was in the starry starry night shop one weekend and had a peek inside Bethsy's workshop and thought WOW, this is cool! I am always intersted in people who make lovely things and thought this could make an interesting wee film. I spent 2/3 hours with Bethsy one rainy Glasgow Sunday morning to produce this short profile. It was tremendous fun and i can remember being taken aback as to how down to earth and practical she sounded in interview. Very refreshing.
