MAGGIE is a troubled young woman at the end of her rope. Desperate to return to her native Ireland, she meets with a mysterious and vaguely sinister older man who offers to pay her plane fare back to Ireland in exchange for one last job: she must lure a young iron worker to a deserted Coney Island street. A trailer from my short film CONEY ISLAND DREAMS. The film premiered at the New Jersey International Film Festival and recently screened at LA Shorts Fest, the Coney Island Film Festival, Cinequest (San Jose) and the Queens World Film Festival at the Museum of the Moving Image. The next screening will be at the New Hope Film Festival on July 25.
