Not Ever

From Ben Mourra

About the film:

"Abandoned by her fiancé, Emily is determined to leave him one final message he will never forget..."

"We all know the scenario: The relationship is over. There's no going back. And yet we can't help playing things back in our head, over and over again. The last few scenes of the relationship. We're looking for clues. Trying to understand.

This film is about that.

The story explores the space in a relationship between the lover and the loved, between the wanting of more commitment and the overwhelming fear of letting someone into your world. And it’s within this gap that Emily’s story exists.

The soundtrack is an original score composed by none other than Roger O'Donnell, from The Cure! The film does not contain dialogue and therefore the soundtrack plays an even more important role.

Not Ever stars the amazing Emilia Fox, an English actress who began her rise to fame after playing Georgiana Darcy in the TV series of Pride and Prejudice alongside Colin Firth, and is best known for her role as Dr. Nikki Alexander in the BBC crime series Silent Witness. She is from a thespian family (her father is Edward Fox, her mother is Joanna David and her cousin Laurence Fox) and studied English Literature at Oxford University before becoming a full-time actress. Emilia has played key roles in TV series Henry VIII, as Jane Seymour, and in Helen of Troy, as Helen. Her filmography includes being the lead female in Roman Polanski's The Pianist, in Keeping Mum and in Dorian Gray.
