Single Salma is about a woman who is based in Lucknow (A small town in India). She has worked all her life to support her family, however her identity is still Single as she is unmarried and not settled. All her life she is made to believe that only marriage can make her finally settle in life. She finally gets engaged. Before her marriage she had to travel London for work. After meeting some amazing people in London from different cultures she realises that the world outside her home town is very different. She loves her independence there. She goes back to Lucknow with a different mindset altogether. Will she go back and get married ?
