The S.S. Robin is a feature length screenplay set in Brooklyn, New York in 1971 which tells the true story of a close-knit, working-class Italian/American family, who while struggling with the turbulence of the times, amid their own social, political and generational differences, face new and unexpected challenges stemming from the inclusion of a mixed race 3 1/2 year old foster child who comes into their home.
