INDEXA Canadian producer/writer is looking for an Irish collaborator

Hey there everyone
I am a theatre trained actor/writer/producer from Canada who is looking to make the jump into film. I currently have a script written that Im very excited about, but requires being produced in Ireland. And if its produced by both a Canadian and Irish producer, we can get funding from both Ireland and Canada... Yay! Win win!
Its a short film which is an adaptation of a short story by the Irish author Liam O'Flarhety. Ive adapted it so that it makes the story a bit more universal while not losing any of the original story. Ive expanded on it, if you will. Id be happy to go into more detail with you when you contact me!
I know that working with a new producer is not high on everyone's list, but I can assure you that I have the passion... Passion to learn, push myself and to create a great film. And lets face it, Im a Canadian asking for an Irish partner... that's essentially the two nicest nationalities working together... how could we not make a great film?!

Are you sure you'll get access to funding from both territories? Shorts funding is rare.
