Some of these pirate sites (not visited the link by the way) promise all sorts even if they don't have copies, they just screen scrape from IMDb and the like.
I agree it's badly wrong, but there isn't a lot you can do, unless you want to spend a lot of time and money chasing all the mirror sites hosting the files. Piracy is big business, and anyone who had watched a non-sanctioned TV show on YouTube or similar is contributing to it.
