Advice on the best place to network with writers to collaborate with on next feature?

Im a director/producer Just wrapping on my first feature with Bohemian Pictures (www.thesnarefilm.com) and am looking to network/collaborate with writers to begin developing a second feature. If anyone has any projects in development or is a writer who is likewise looking to network with producers/directors then please do get in touch :)

The London screenwriter's festival in October at Regent University near Baker Street. / The London screenwriter Breakfast club (mostly writers and producers) also run by the great Chris Jones I'll be attending the next one 2nd August I'm looking for producers I got 4 projects on the go. See my stage 32.com profile. but currently assisting other filmmakers hoping to got one short the card shot in Sept cdasting shortly. See SP Bulletin

also go two delayed features in the pipe additional producers would assist those on sp and stage32.com. Also if you need a operator/assistant or DOP I'm establishing myself gradually always looking for scripts with a different messages.
