Hi Shooters,

I'm looking for beautiful aerial/helicam footage of Moscow's St Basil's Cathedral & was wondering if anyone knows of any connections who can help me? The library footage I'm finding through getty/shutterstock etc is too bland.

Have you tried contacting the cathedral direct? They probably won't have any, but they might well be able to point you towards people who have done such filming.

Tip - get a Russian to make the initial call, and make it a call, not an email. Email is useless until it's going to the right named individual.

Of course, there might not be any that has the look you want. I imagine it's a quite a restricted airspace :-)

Hi Marlom & Jeanna!

Thanks for your responses & offer to help! I've tried to get in touch with a few helicam companies/individuals so hopefully something will come of that.

I've handed things over to a colleague to follow up.
Jeanna, if he decides to get in touch with the cathedral directly, I will definitely put him in touch with you, thanks again for the offer!
