I've been trying to get my psychological drama/horror feature film "Where Darkness Lives" made for quite a while, I've managed to find a director but am really struggling to find a producer.

The plan is to make a mock trailer/proof of concept short to help with getting funding from investors , I've put a job post on here as well as a few other sites but am so far having no luck, the main problem being is that producers either won't work for expenses or the ones that will keep dropping out due to not having time to commit to it or because paying jobs come along etc (that's happened about three times now).

The reason it would only be expenses for the trailer/short is that I'm funding it out of my own pocket and am currently not working due to health problems so it's very slow going.

I currently have £900 for the trailer but hoping to get a bit more soon, so I need a producer who can work out a budget and either get stuff done for what I have or ideally secure some extra funding, in which case I might be able to pay a small fee for their time and effort and the role of producer for the feature would automatically be theirs too.

Anyone have any suggestions of other sites, facebook groups etc where I might be able to find a producer for my project or know anyone you could suggest or are interested themselves?
