But they have a video package with has all the commising people of each tv company, of production house....or record label etc.....

So they would be the right people to get in touch with you commission you for commercial film projects/ advertising etc...

I use it at least once a week at work, and it is very good indeed!
But I just want to point out that it is a database of all the companies working in advertising (advertising agencies, digital media agencies, production houses) + music labels (in relation to music video production), so I'm not sure how useful it would be to an aspiring filmmaker.

If you want to get into working in production house - then it could be good to get the contacts of the different heads of productions to approach with your CV, though I wouldn't pay for accessing their database just for that - you can get such lists from diary services.
