Sounds like you need a safety consultant too - but their fees may be offset by lower insurance costs.

Anyway, for the technical side try lemaitre http://www.lemaitreltd.com/ or MTFX http://www.mtfx.com/ - some great people at both of those places

What kind of pro are you after? Paynes or Kimbolton do the show stuff, but frankly if you ask Le Maitre who they would suggest they may be more appropriate to more theatrical settings.

Thanks, should've been more specific, perhaps...

I'm after some advice around using fire in the background of a set, similar to bonfire and to have some cast members holding home made looking candles lit from the fire.
