Anybody know of any good derelict looking spaces for filming in London?

Hey folks, trying to source a derelict looking location for a low budget promo we're filming in a few weeks time - the location would be needed for a full day on Saturday the 11th of April with a cast & crew of about 20 people - looking for any leads of suitable warehouse spaces or similar. Ideally would have electricity, space for hair & make up and so on, but also willing to look at places that would require a generator The design brief is asking for something akin to the house in Fight Club - any leads of places in East, North or South London would be much appreciated.

Safehouse 1/2

It's not free (I think you're looking at around £200 a day) but if you're flexible you can sometimes get it a bit cheaper. It's fully wired and we had a good few studio lights set up in there.

Only downside it that it's fricking cold. And you do get a bit of noise from outside - but it's not unworkable at all.
