Hi,
I found the UK pavilion interesting (2014) but seemed a little limited at times. Is it worth registering for the American Pavilion? If you've registered in the past were the networking events worth it? Also with the Marche badge are there any pavilions/events I should watch out for?
We'll be there from the 12th - 20th with two projects.

Ah the American pavilion, that's what you find yourself unable to enter after having invested everything you had just to get to the gates. Please register and let us know how it was.

All the pavilions are free to enter. You'd only get stuck and I do mean STUCK at the gates, if you don't have your festival or Marche badge. Registering is either 150USD or 900USD. I'm trying to find out if anyone has ever registered.

Last year you had to pay to get into the American Pavilion. Quite a bit I recall. Didn't bother though would have went in if it was free! The Eastern European tents were the best! (and I'm Scottish!)

We're planning a two month trip to the US next year, LA and New york. Which is why I'm considering the standard membership to the Pavilion.
Didn't know you were Scottish. Let me know if you'll be in Cannes, be nice to catch up!!

Seems I was the only one that got in for free :)
Thanks for the comments. But if anyone did pay for the membership, I'd love to hear if the events/networking and parties were worth the extra £100.
