Depending on what your notion of cheap might be, you might like the prices of http://www.identitystudioslondon.com/

A few years back I was looking for a space for a few hours, and I settled on them as they could be booked by the hour and were cheaper than other places I looked at.

Raindance has just announced new studios opening, "Central London Rooms Available to Hire From £25 / hour + VAT". See https://www.raindance.org/london/room-hire/. Good luck in your search. Tony

If it's during holidays/weekends, some schools are happy to do deals. The floor price would be the overtime rate for the caretaker to be on premises during the rehearsal and of course they'd want to make a small profit on top.

I'm not sure how big rehearsal space you need or for how many people but for myself and two actors, I used to use The Albion pub along Hammersmith Road a while back. They had an upstairs bar which was closed during the day on Sundays. They didn't charge me anything but I did buy food and a couple of drinks out of courtesy :) Worth phoning them to check if it's okay
