INDEXAnyone noticed the master entry form has changed on Withoutabox?

The form seems to have become even more awkward. I am unable to skip sections such as Talent/Craft/Post. The form asks for at least one name - fine - I can do that but then I get asked for more names. I'm literally stuck in a cycle of adding names with no Continue button. Help - anyone!
