You could try The Foundry - a pub in Shoreditch - it was a bank and downstairs is a vault. They often used the space for art exhibitions and is the kind of place that might be amenable

If you only need a few key angles on the vault door and lock boxes etc, then there is a revolution vodka bar in the City (converted bank) which is already quite atmospherically lit. I think the huge vault door might be permanently held open (but it's worth checking).

Hi,
I recently did a corporate shoot at Chancery House, check out: http://www.thesilvervaults.com/
I reckon it will be difficult to convince anybody to let you in to shoot as they are typically quite private things but worth a punt. I don't have a good contact there I'm sorry.

I was trying to find the location for ITV's The Vault but couldn't find it, maybe there is hope there if you can find a link to the production company.

An alternative solution is to use green screen. I've just opened such a studio, I subsidise non-commercial projects quite a bit, maybe its of use?

Good luck, hope that helped a bit.

James.
