Bar taps - where to source some?

12 years, 1 month ago - Karel Bata

I'm doing a green screen shoot next week that uses a bar setting. It's often a good idea to have as much as possible actually there on set, rather than create or shoot it separately and paste it in later. In this case having real bar taps would be great.

Any ideas?

This going to happen Wednesday in Greenwich.

That's a bit involved. I was hoping someone here might have access to a set. They don't have to work. They are everywhere! Must be some lying around unused.

This is happening in Greenwich, and the shoot's been moved to Friday.

Sorry - had to mention that I saw Django Unchained and was much amused by the modern pressurised beer pump that was prominently used in one scene!

Any of the prop houses should be able to sort you out, but also try salvage yards, or even your local pub who may have an old one round back :)
