Bathroom Location a little dingy with some space for dolly?

I need to complete my film and need a little pick up shot in a bathroom with a dolly, just one shot. The dolly slowly creeping in towards the bathtub. The shot will approximately be 20 seconds and I need the location for a maximum of 2 hours, but should be done in one most likely. If anyone can help suggesting a place I could shoot that can minimise the cost, I'd really appreciate it.

Funny enough I'm also looking for a bathroom too - I'm actually considering building a set. Can anyone help out? or let me know how much it would cost? Maybe if I can get one, Aaaditya above could use it for her shoot ?
