What is the best software to download so I can burn bluray?
And which blank discs do I use - the same as for DVD?
I have Windows 10.
Thanks.

You need a capable drive plus special discs, as well as software.

Are you expecting anybody else to be able to play them..?
You may be better off getting it done professionally.

If you have an Adobe Creative a cloud subscription, you can do it through a discontinued program called Encore. If you install Premiere CS6 (the last version before it went CC), Encore will automatically install with it. Then you can uninstall Premiere CS6, but Encore will stay installed. As the others said, you'll need both a Blu Ray burner and Blu Ray discs. Hiring ithe job out can be quite expensive, as well -- you'll likely be charged around £100 pounds to have it done professionally.

I would also say it is best to get these done professionally at https://edithouse.co.uk/
It is not just a burning process to worry about, as the whole process from encoding and optimisation process throughout the Authoring and burning is important to get right, which includes the final media (disc) itself, so that you will get the maximum quality out of your film and so that the compatibility is maximised.
