best methods of getting in contact with lighting Camera (cinematographers) GBCT / GBTC?/

Just wondering about how one might make more contact with Television lighting crew besides the unions and mentioned Guilds. I would be interested to possible work on more TV based work as schedules are faster and format is tighter than features.
