I havn't used these guys but they advertised this morning on shooting people: http://edithouse.co.uk/dcp-digital-cinema-package.
I've used roundtablefilms.com and they were excellent, and very helpful.

hey christian-
my short has just started the festival circuit and we went with edithouse in kings cross for the dcp http://www.edithouse.co.uk . they were really helpful and fast, you'll also get a 10% discount through shootingpeople. the price depends on the length of your film and then also if you just want the dcp file or also the linux hard drive, case etc. you could do a dcp yourself but if you can't test it later on before you send it out to festivals i'd definitely recommend to get it done by a professional post-production facility.
